Tec 45 picks up where Tec 40 leaves off, extending your depth limit to 45 metres/150 feet and introducing single decompression cylinder diving with gases up to 100% oxygen. It's a genuine step up in complexity — and a required prerequisite for Tec 50.
Over seven knowledge sections, four practical application sessions, and four open water dives, you'll build on the Tec 40 fundamentals with more advanced decompression planning, gas switching, and emergency procedures. An optional Tec 45 Trimix pathway lets you start working with helium-based mixes if you're ready for it.
